UX/UI case study
Online auction SaaS products

StreamBid is a startup that creates innovative and engaging solutions for live and timed auctions. Its products disrupt the current market by considering the importance of entertaining bidders at every stage of the sale. As the company's UX/UI product designer, I collaborated with developers and product managers at every step of the end-to-end products development.
Project
Overview
To provide our customers with products that effectively improve the live auction market, we defined an action plan consisting of four main steps. Throughout these steps, we collaborated with the auction houses Lyon & Turnbull (Edinburgh) and Freeman's (Philadelphia) to define requirements and solve current problems with ad-hoc solutions. The final products include a white-label live auction platform, an auction management dashboard and a clerk console.
